Upgrades to Summit Village Residences
Summit Village Residences started upgrades to suites and our buildings in the summer of 2024. While our buildings are new compared to most Kamloops apartment rentals, we felt it was time for a refresh. Improvements include new LED lighting in suites, new LED strip lighting in kitchens, painting of suites as tenants move out, painting of hallway ceilings, walls and baseboards, and painting of common areas. We know that ongoing maintenance is what keeps an apartment building and its suites looking new, and encourage our tenants to send us a maintenance request when they spot a problem.

Summit Village Residences is located in Lower Sahali close to many neighbourhood amenities such as shopping and services. View a Google Map. Our air-conditioned suites include stainless steel appliances, in-suite washer-dryer, plank flooring and a balcony or deck. Each of our two buildings has a fitness room, personal storage lockers and an outdoor picnic area with a stainless steel barbecue.
